For Bulgaria, we offer Express Delivery to a Speedy Office for 2€ or to a Home Address for 3€

For Europe, we offer Express Delivery with tracking number (3-5 business days) for 6€

For the rest of the world, we offer Express Delivery with tracking number (5-7 business days) for 7€

We hope you never need this information but in life, things happen, and we will do what we can to make it right. 

Due to the nature of custom embroidered apparel, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please consult our size guide before you purchase. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom embroidered.

If your items are materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at hello@venividivici.shop within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange. Please provide your order number with all correspondence. 

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. If you are shipping an item over €25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

To return your items:
Contact Customer Support at hello@venividivici.shop to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund. To return your product, you should mail it to: g.k. Goce Delchev 40, apt 1, 1404, Sofia, Bulgaria.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are at the cost of the buyer.
